Elijah Fox – Vintage Keys

Elijah Fox’s Vintage Keys contains 10 original compositions created using a 1979 Fender Rhodes, upright piano, analog and digital synths, electric guitar and bass, and strings. These multi-layered compositions are all inspired by music of the 1970s and 1980s and written with sampling in mind.

The felted soft piano includes many impressionistic arpeggios great for sampling in R&B/House music and other effected Rhodes and vintage synths manipulated into multiple parts are perfect for building arrangements. A Fender Jazzmaster guitar was recorded through a vintage amp for the guitars in this pack and a Hofner bass was used alongside other analog basses throughout.
